Marketplace Terms - For Sellers
Only property owners or authorised co-owners may list property rentals. Co-owners must obtain consent from other stakeholders. Cancellation terms must be clearly communicated to renters before any rental agreement is made.
If you list goods or services for sale, you must ensure descriptions are accurate and not misleading and fulfil all contracts made through the site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Goods offered at a fixed price must not be subject to higher counteroffers. You may invite offers starting from a minimum amount but must not create auction-style bidding environments.
